Molly Tarlov (born November 11, 1981) is an American actress, best known in 2011 for her portrayal in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama program Awkward. Tarlov was the eldest of two girls was raised and grew up to Manhattan, New York. She began her career in the tenth grade when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was well-loved by seven grade students. When she was older and had a job, she spent her summers in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts in Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She was a student of a range of styles of acting. She also studied at The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate writing into her acting during the LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly swapped her black winter coat in exchange to get a pair of glasses in black, and then made her way out to Los Angeles. Her parents were awestruck with her performance that required just three words on iCarly. In the years since Molly has made a variety of television appearances. The most recent of them was a creation of Caitlin's character on Winnie Woodman as well as Savannah Dooley ABC Family's series Huge.
