Cheney declared that when he decided to accept the Republican nomination as vice president He was excited about being a part of a president who would work across the political aisle in order to accomplish his goals. He will collaborate with opponents with confidence. Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the son of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, Richard moved his family across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper in the state of Casper where his father was director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservancy district.
